These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website (“Site”) operated by Standard Printing-n-Mailing. By accessing or using this Site, placing an order online, by phone, or in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules posted in connection with specific services or products.

Standard Printing-n-Mailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By using this Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including notices, disclosures, and other communications, either by posting them on the Site or by email. You may withdraw consent to receive electronic communications by contacting us; however, doing so may require discontinuation of your online account or services.

All transactions conducted through this Site, by phone, or in person are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Standard Printing-n-Mailing is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, acts of God, weather events, labor disputes, governmental actions, war, riots, or shipping carrier delays.

All online design tools, templates, and software available on this Site are the property of Standard Printing-n-Mailing or its affiliates and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Submission of an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Standard Printing-n-Mailing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to content concerns, pricing errors, or production limitations.

Prices are subject to change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if payment has been received.

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, spelling, layout, and legality of all content submitted for printing. By placing an order, the customer represents that they have the legal right to reproduce all submitted materials and that the materials do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.

Standard Printing-n-Mailing is not responsible for errors in customer-approved proofs.

Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are final once production has begun.

Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be submitted in writing within two (2) business days of receipt of the order. If an error is determined to be the fault of Standard Printing-n-Mailing, we will, at our discretion, reprint the affected portion of the order or issue a credit.

No replacements or refunds will be issued for errors caused by customer-supplied files, approvals, misuse, or mishandling.

Orders will not be processed if payment is declined. For approved account customers, invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a finance charge of 2% per month (24% annually) on the unpaid balance, as permitted under Minnesota law.

Accounts past due may require advance payment for future orders. The customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs, including legal fees, if enforcement becomes necessary.

Standard Printing-n-Mailing provides no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our sole obligation, if any, is limited to the replacement or credit of defective products as determined by us.

Shipping terms are F.O.B. Hutchinson, Minnesota, unless otherwise stated. Once an order is released to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Standard Printing-n-Mailing is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by third-party carriers. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, Standard Printing-n-Mailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, arising from the use of our products or services.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Standard Printing-n-Mailing from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from customer-supplied content or misuse of products.

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun. No refunds will be issued for orders that have shipped or entered production.
